Avoid lifting the sofa by its sewn-on cushion as this may cause tear and damage.
* please do not use any sharp object to open plastic packaging as it may damage the surface of the sofa.

There may be the occasional difference in firmness from one cushion to the next. Again, this will gradually disappear.

  
Transportation may have caused some irregular folds of depressions. These will gradually disappear over time. Avoid sitting on the sofa’s back and arms as the frame might not be able to take your weight.  
     
     
Healed scars, vein marks, different in grains texture and colour tone variation on the leather are unique characteristics and natural properties of leather and will not affect its durability. Keep the sofa at least 12 inches away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.
